Stopped Tamoxifen - side effects?

I stopped my Tamoxifen after 4 1/2 yrs this May - I have not told my Onco yet as she wants me to go 10 yrs and I have had such unbearable joint pain from it, I had to stop. My joint pain is 10,000x better but I've gained at least 5lbs and climbing and the past two days I've had cramps to beat the band. I had an ablation in 2009 before my diagnosis because of intolerable cramping and I don't have bleeding but the cramps are as bad as they were before the ablation. Anyone have this problem and should I be worried? I'm also having horrible calf tightness, so bad in my right leg that its tough to walk. It's tightness not cramping like you get when you are on the Tamoxifen.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
