Biopsy tomorrow and worried

I had a diagnostic ultrasound with some scary results. The BIRADS score was 5 showing four masses - the largest was 1.7cm the other 3 are all around .5cm. There are also two areas of calcifications. I am scheduled for three biopsies tomorrow. Two core needle for the largest mass and one that is several cm from the nipple and a sterotactic for the calcification. The ultrasound report indicates multi centric disease but my one saving grace. Lymph nodes appear normal. I have already scheduled an appointment with a surgeon. I am freaking out a bit and wonder how much i can comfort myself by the normal lymph nodes and the largest tumor being below 2cm. I am wondering how I will feel after three biopsies - re: pain and soreness. I am taking it one step at a time but obviously terrified at the prospects of my diagnosis.
