Faslodexside side effects (or some wierd june flu?)

Hi Ladies,

Just had my second dose of Fulvestrant last Friday. Starting feeling ill Saturday night and have had diarrhea, fever, sore throat, runny nose. All symptoms are listed as SEs (except the runny nose) I really would love to hear about others experiences on this med. Right now, I am thinking about quitting hormone therapy altogether. I've been through tamoxifen, arimidex and femara and now I think I'm reacting to this one, too!

    Hi vtellen,

    I've been on Faslodex for 18 months as part of a study. Never had flu symptoms, but I have had others including back and joint pain, dryness, hair thinning and other more minor ones. I'm supposed to go off faslodex in December and start another AI. I'm researching whether or not I want to do that.
