Anyone have thyroid issue after starting AI?

Had blood work done and thyroid normal before chemo and starting AI. Have been on AI 12 months and have gained 15 lbs without over eating. Am exhausted. Hair is dry. Wondering if the Letrozole is messing with thyroid. Also a friend said she had to get more precise tests than just typical to diagnosis her hypothyroid Thoughts
