Triple negative second time??????

I was diagnosed 12/09 with triple neg idc when I was 38. I had an 8 cm tumor in my right breast. Had a double mastectomy, 5 different chemo and 7 weeks of radiation. I am brca negative, have had numerous reconstruction surgeries non that actually worked. I did have three fat transfers so I'm full of scar tissue. Went in today for an ultrasound on my chest and they found a "concerning" lump on my right breast. Last year my ultrasound cameback negative and there was no blood flow because there was nothing but scar tissue. This time there is blood flow, has anyone with triple neg had there cancer reoccur, if so how long after there first diagnosis and what did they treat you with??
