Swapping out implants for different implants

hi. I've had a bmx I currently have round implants. I had fat grafting done to help fill in divots in my upper pole. The fat grafting has caused fat necrosis which has left me with painful lumps that I've been having aspirated every 3-6 months. My breast surgeon suggested I have the plastic surgeon go in and take out the fat that was grafted there, and swap out the rounds for the new pear shaped implants.

Has anyone swapped out their implants for this reason? In addition to this issue, I have have two breasts that look very different. The left hangs lower than the right. It's getting worse and more noticeable even in clothing.

I would appreciate any feedback. Im trying to decide if I should go through another surgery or not. What was the recovery like?
