I'm scared

I'm 31 years old, I found a lump. My dr sent me for a 3D mammogram and ultrasound. A shadow was found in my dense breast on both ultrasound and mammogram. Now I have to wait a week for my biopsy bc of my insurance. The report stated assemetrical mass on right breast. I know we are not Drs but any insight would be helpful

We know it's hard not to worry, but keep in mind that the vast majority of lumps turn out to be benign, so the odds are definitely in your favor! Try to stay relaxed and think positively. Good luck on your biopsy, and please let us know how it turns out!
