Can cancer start in nodes?

basically the title is my question. They can't see a primary tumor around the TEs but everything is contra lateral to original side.

It was very helpful. Also, after four years, I STILL had a pathology question, so I called up the pathology department at my hospital and the chief of staff himself looked at my slides and called me back. Pathologists like to talk to patients because they get to so infrequently.
