joint pain/issues???? I have severe osteoarthritis of both knees and both hips are acting up. Had the OA of knees before cancer so it's not chemo. I'll eventually need sx but too young right now. Since I'm close to menopause or am in it (no period since Nov 15) I'm sure it'll be an AI. I can barely get up, sit down with these damn knees. Any AI better for this issue?

Sadly, none that I know of. But after I had my knees replaced, I got in the habit of taking Arthritis Formula Tylenol (its generic equivalent) BID because NSAIDs gave me esophagitis and a mini-ulcer. When I tore the head of my gastroc hiking in Vail and then two glutes shoveling snow last year and developed bursitis and IT band syndrome, my orthopod added a daily Celebrex (COX-2 inhibitors are gentler on the gut than NSAIDs) to the mix. So by the time I was diagnosed, had lumpy+rads, and started letrozole, I had plenty of anti-arthritics in my system, so the joint issues on letrozole aren’t as bad as I’d feared.
