Bmx surgery w/SLNB done 5/20... Leg on affected side hurts? LE??

Hi,

I'm clueless here, but I had a bilateral mastectomy with tissue expander placement on 5/20. A sentinel node biopsy was done on my right side, and they removed 4 nodes. I have been having very odd pain in my knee- area of my right leg for the last couple of days now. Slightly above and slightly below the knee, but sometimes mid/upper leg too. It does seem to ebb and flow, and increases when I have my legs crossed, or elevated. I'm 27 years old, and ever since my cancer DX on 4/25 every little ache and pain I feel anywhere in my body causes me to obsess about it for days on end to the point of crippling anxiety and numerous mental breakdowns. I've brought on panic attacks thinking it was mets already, and I'm still paranoid of that... Panicked about blood clots... And now here I am, panicking about LE. Help?! I'm a disaster.

Ps, my right arm also feels really odd-- different from my left arm for sure, a terrible pinched feeling in my upper underarm area (right before reaching my armpit) and just... Stiff.
