Suspicious Lymphovascular invasion

Hi Girls, i was diagnosed with stage 1b breast cancer 18 months ago with micromets. My tumour was .4 with a .2 satelite tumour and 2 cm of dcis. I had a lumpectomy, ovary removal and am currently on Arimadex. Has anyone else had suspicious vascular invasion? My doctors do not seem concerned. It is a grey area but thought some of you may have some information. Many thanks Linda

    You didn't get radiation? Did you get a second opinion? I'd go see another oncologist just to be sure.
    I'm stage 1 and node negative, but my ki-67 is very high (45%) and my oncotype score came out 40 so chemo was a must. My onc said not to worry about having lymphovascular invasion because the chemo is supposed to take care of that.

    I too had one spot of lymphovascular invasion that the doctors were unconcerned about. I was told that it is not clinically significant in terms of outcome
