Hysterectomy and early menopause

Hi ladies! I'm 35 and had my hysterectomy 4/12. Since then I had a UTI that took 4 rounds of antibiotics to clear up. My WBC is still a little low from the thousand things done to my body and/or clinical trial.

I feel like I have another UTI however the dipstick was clean. No burning, just feel very, very aware of my bladder and uriniating a lot. Is this possibly a side effect of the hysterectomy and/or menopause?

Next step is referral to a urologist, but I do NOT want any more doctor's visits if it's just another unpleasant side effect. I still see my MO once a month, seeing dermatologist next week, teeth every 3 months and back to work full time with 3 preschoolers. I have no paid leave left after 6 months off. I am MAXED out, lol.
