How Do You All Handle Daily Living? A Ranty Vent.

I started a new chemo, Halaven, and it is kicking my butt. Then I got some sort of upper respiratory virus, also fanny smacking. The house is a mess. I've barely got food in the frig, but my loving husband just got irritated with me because I couldn't whip the car down to the mechanic to check out a funny noise. He came home for lunch and all, but the mechanic is my job. Granted, he does go out of town every other week for his job, and he needs his car to travel. He won't take mine, as the AC needs attention - yet another thing I haven't done.

I haven't bathed since Monday.

Oh, Ladies, I do not like my life today. My kid is doing his best, but he is untrained, and we should be homeschooling, not home cleaning.

My plan is to get a home cleaner in, but I do need to tidy first. You know how that is. Man, I used to think it was hard raising a kid with no real family around, but I've changed my mind. Being sick is harder.

Whine over. Off to go find something to eat. I'm vegan, otherwise I'd have eaten hubby's lunch.
