Tamoxifen

I due to start Tamoxifen after my radiation is complete. The information that I have read about the side effects is a bit scary. If you are currently on it, or have taken it in the past, could you please tell me what your experience has been. I am especially interested in sexual side effects (vaginal atrophy). My MO says that atrophy is not common at all and very few people experience it. What say you?
