Odd ultrasound showings

I finally got into the breast center yesterday. My left breast has swollen two sizes bigger than right. On the ultrasound it shows a 5cm white mass. I have super dense breasts also. I know most cancer shows up black but the Dr says i now need to have an MRI. Kinda don't know what to think... Any advice
