    It's about time this research was done. Thanks for posting this cp418. I meant to post it yesterday, but been so damn busy. This does seem important since Genomics (DNA mutations) are only part of the problem with cancer.

    Proteogenomics connects somatic mutations to signalling in breast cancer.

    Some quick thoughts / questions:
    1. How many of the ~77 breast cancer samples were the Lobular subtype?
    2. Can any of these new insights be exploited by the numerous emerging Immunotherapies or is this only relevant to Kinase inhibitors?
