IDC Pre-Surgery Now Notice swelling near armpit

Hi, I was dx April 25,2016 with 7.5cm IDC. I never noticed any changes to breast until this weekend. I can now see prominent swelling next to and under my armpit. I tested negative for positive lymph nodes 2wks ago. Should I be concerned the cells have now gone to my nodes? My bi-mx is this Wed. The 25t

Gina, I would let your surgeon and MO know just to be on the safe side, but it could be something else. Good luck with your surgery and recovery!:)
