IMMU-132 Sacituzumab Govitecan - anyone been on this trial drug?

Anyone participate in the phase 1 or 2 trials for IMMU 132? Did it work for you? Side effects?

    Hi Laura,


    If you make your tumor subtype and prior treatments public, its easier to comment cogently- it seems main SE is neutropenia, like everything, but not bad- presumably, your tumor expresses the TROP-2 protein? I see mostly reports for triple-negative MBC, and it seems PFS is around 6 months (ie half do better, half worse)- good luck!
