Radiation to left breast and nodes

Hi. I live in the Freehold, NJ area and have to have radiation to the left breast and regional nodes. I am concerned about the side effects (short term and long term) and am still trying to decide where to have the radiation done. I have heard that the DIBH (Deep inspirational breath hold) reduces damage to the heart, but the closest facility that does this, that I found, was MSKCC in Basking Ridge. Has anyone had the same radiation I need, and any recommendations would be appreciated! Thank you!
