Tingling in "spared nipple"

I had nipple sparing mastectomy with deferred reconstruction about a month ago. My nipple "tingles" all the time, and often causes my chest muscle to contract. I would call it uncomfortable most times but at night it is impossible to ignore and sleep. Anyone have any tricks or OTC medicine that might work? Tried the usual (Advil, Tylenol...). Will be starting tamoxofin tonight so if you know that something is "ok" with Tamoxofin please note that. THANKS!

MFalabella- I'm so excited to see your post. I just searched neurontin after coming home from a Drs appointment with a RX for it. I had nerve damage in my left arm after surgery and I'm so, so, so hopeful this can help! I'm crossing all my fingers :) Thabks for posting good news- it's so nice to see it.

**sidenote: I have 4 boys too :) So glad you're healing and doing well. Gentle hugs!
