Pain after direct reconstruction with silicon implants?

Hi sisters!

18th of april 2016 I went thru mastectomy and direct to implant with gelly droplet shaped implant on the left side. The other breast left untouched. Drainage for 12 days, all felt graduallybetter but since three days swelling, pain all the time. Normal ultrasound and no signs of infection. My doctor tills me swelling could be subcutaneous. Now on nsaids and cortisone.

Anyone with the same reaction!?
