Hi warrior, I am not a specialist and cannot comment on the options different MOs picked for you. Did they explain why they picked one over another? Did any of them offer you to choose between two or three options? Some of the things that you might want to take into account, are the duration of treatment that may be different in different regimens as well as the need for Neulasta shots in between the infusions. The latter I think is a must for dose dense regimens but is not always required if the infusions are spaced three weeks. Sometimes MOs recommend one regimen over another based on the specifics of a particular case. For example, my MO offered me to choose between a dose dense regimen - if I recall correctly it was TAC, and it would have taken 4.5 months to complete - or AC +T that would take 6 months to complete but would not require Neulasta shots after AC infusions that were every three weeks as opposed to 2 weeks if dose dense. Based on my history, it was her opinion my cancer had not been very aggressive so she was offering me an option that was slightly easier. I went for a second opinion where they only offered TAC. Since I wasn't very concerned about the duration and didn't want to necessarily have Neulasta shots in addition to chemo, I picked the second option.

I would ask each of the doctors the pros and cons of each of the regimens, and ask why they are recommending the one they do for you in your unique situation. They need to consider the aggressiveness of the cancer, but also any other health conditions you have.
