Quality of path specimen for Oncotype and Mammaprint

I had my BMX surgery 3 weeks ago and am waiting for the Oncotype Dx results to decide on chemo. Meanwhile, I've decided to arrange for a 2nd opinion, got an appointment after my Oncotype results should be ready. They asked for surgical pathology slides. I am just concerned thatmaking the slides would thin out the specimen and make Mammaprint (if the doc orders it later) impossible? Does anybody know?
