TC vs AC+T ? (I dont want either)

Hi there! Any words of wisdom out there for me -a BC newbie?

I have seen 3 MOs. Two had same opinion on chemo - they said AC+T. (I think MO#2 cheated with notes obtained from MO#1). Third MO said AC+T is too much and I need just TC (yah, I read about the Taxotere lawsuit afterwards which doesnt thrill me of course).

Which one did you have? Why was that chosen for you?

I dont want any chemo of course, esp with an Oncotype dx score 23 that says I get 1% benefit from Chemo (and that's the page that counts my micromets node as positive). Another controversy is micromets in sentinel node. Some count it a pos node, some dont. I swear I cant get a straight answer in any of this mess.

All 3 MOs agree that I need radiation due to large size of tumor and lymphovascular invasion. I thought I could dodge radiation due to BMX. Guess not. Looks like my TEs will have to be filled first, then I delay reconstruction. Oh well. Just another ride on the rollercoaster,

Oh, we've ordered a mammaprint test too, and Ive asked 2 MOs to take this to their tumor council/board, though they didnt seem enthused by this.

The clock is ticking and I need to start treatment (or so they tell me) as my BMX was 6 weeks ago.
