Threshold size to show on PET/CT

Hi, everyone. I had a clean PET/CT scan at the end of November, but now I have a swollen axillary lymph node (on contralateral size) that is probably under 1 cm. I was wondering if anyone's doctors have told them that there is a threshold size for something lighting up on a PET scan. I feel like I have seen someone say 1 cm, but I am not sure. Any input appreciated.
