possibility of surgery after chemotherapy-induced heart attack?

My mom is 65. She has a third stage of IBC. She had 3 AC, followed by 3 herceptin+cisplatinum +paclitaxel. During the last paclitaxel administration, she felt bad and was taken to an intensive care unit. She was diagnosed with a myocardial infarction. I wonder if she still has a chance for atreatmnet, at least a mastectomy.
