    Hi,

I saw this posting and thought I would show to you this information about the crucially important effect of iodine on breast health. Iodine deficiency is very common, basically unless you eat seaweeds several times per week it is nearly impossible to get sufficient iodine in your diet. Iodine is needed for breast and thyroid health, and if youhave low levels of Iodine, your body will choose to first allocate it for the production of Thyroid Hormones, and what is left over goes for your breast health. .Iodine has been successfully used to treat fibrocystic breast disease. Perhaps it would be helpful for you? Iodine needs to be paired with Selenium, so the easiest way is to have more is to have it via seaweed. Otherwise is is important not to take too much,as it can affect Thyroid function. A good way to look into this is with a Naturopath. Good luck. You can PM me for more info if you want.
