I have an account, but I can't log in on my phone

I have an android phone. I'm catlady44, but when I try to sign on to the website from my phone, it fails. I tried starting from scratch and make a new account, but it said they already have my email address on file. When I enter my email address to reset my password, it tells me there is no account matched with that email address. I'm really frustrated with this!! Please help!

    Until you can figure out what's wrong Stay Log in. Don't Sign out maybe it helps.

    Hi catlady4, we're sorry you're having problems with your account. Not sure what's going on with your phone but, it should work without creating a new account. Perhaps clearing your cache and cookies, and closing and restarting your browser will help?? Let us know if that fixes things! If not, please send us a private message and we'll ask the tech team.
