Breast reconstruction nightmare!

Ok so, 4 years ago I had a breast lift due to major breast gain during pregnancy. Then 2 years ago I decided I wanted that perky look back and had augmentation done. 4 months later, I was diagnosed with stage 2, grade 3 breast cancer, with two tumors. 13 days later, bilateral mastectomy was preformed and I was completely flat and even indented. Did chemo and radiation. Last December they took skin for my back and covered the radiated breast with it. Pulled my lat muscles off and replaced them as chest muscles. They inserted breast expanders and would fill them somewhere around 60-100 CC's once a week. Hurt, but I'm pretty tough so whatever. Finally got to the "perfect" size and shape for my tiny 105lb body. Yesterday they switched the expanders for implants and all I can say is "you've got to be kidding me!!!!" These are tiny! They look nothing like the expanders and they're smashed together like a butt on my chest!!!!! How in the world am I going to get these ding dongs over at the PS office to submit the correct coding in order to start over?? I'm a 31year old single mother of an 11year old beautiful girl. She and I both want this fixed and to move on with our lives!! Has anyone else had this botched result happen to them?? What do I do??? Make all this hurt and emotional pain go away!!! Please!!

Do you need to start over or just get different implants? Sounds like you've been through a lot and had a major let down. Wishing you the best.

So sorry you are going through this. What does the doc say about it? Maybe you should see a different PS in case you need a revision. Most of us would rather have our natural breasts no matter what. However you should not be that unhappy. Good luck and keep us posted....
