Help with CAT scan chest detail

I was diagnosed with IDC, stage IB (and, post lumpectomy, DCIS, so go back in for MX next week and have decided to do BMX). 2 nodes were taken during SNB and were positive for micromets (1.1mm and .1mm). Today I had CAT scan for chest, abdomen and pelvis as well as a bone scan (my BS agreed that it was good to have a baseline and I've been verbal about being concerned about where else the cancer may have spread). I am trying to make sense of the CAT scan results (I got them from the hospital today, but haven't had a chance to discuss with my BS yet):

"Pleural-parenchymal scarring is suspected in the lung apices, including a small linear opacity in the posterior right upper lobe. Small calcified granuloma is seen in the periphery of the right upper lob. No infiltrates or pleural effusions are seen."

Any thoughts on this? I'm freaking out about the lung tissue scarring and the possibility of lung mets.
