So today I went through a series of odd exercises with PT I can't imagine doing all those exercises for the rest of my life. The left arm is already 1in larger than the right. I have lost my lymph nodes, had infection in the breast, decreased healing at the surgical scar and now a chest xray as radiation may be causing me to cough up blood. Will I ever feel well again?

Yes, yes, Ladsgma, it'll be good! Hang in there!

This is a tough diagnosis, especially on top of everything else. And it's a steep learning curve. But it gets easier, quicker, and better--honest!

First up, figure out about the chest problem--that's enough to worry about. Tackling the lymphedema is not a quick fix, and not exactly an emergency either, so take some deep breaths and plan to do this one step at a time. Please keep us posted on how you're doing, and tell us how we can help--we're here for you.

    Gentle hugs,
    Binney
