Why was my topic removed after one day on this site?

Why was my topic regarding my wife awaiting test results removed from this site. Any ideas? Thanks

The upper left of this screen has a blue field. Fifth item down is "Dashboard". If you click on that, your profile pops up with your most recent posts, and you can click on them to get there.

Also, if you click on"add to my favorite topics", it will be much easier to locate your posts at a later date

It is still showing up in this Forum if you scroll down to it. As new threads and new post go to the top thus pushing threads that have been a while since a post was added.
