WTE after BSO and fat grafting

Hi there.

I've booked myself a twofer. In a few weeks, I'm going to have a bilateral salpingo-oopherectomy and I figured since I'd be down for the count anyway, my plastic surgeon is going to do fat transfer (belly to breasts) at the same time.

Any insight into what I can expect recovery-wise? I just learned that my daughter's preschool graduation was rescheduled to that evening. I hate the idea of missing it. I'm a pretty tough person. Any chance they can prop me up in a chair to be there?

And how about the days/weeks after?
