Swollen axillary lymph node

Hi. I had a BMX with immediate implant reconstruction on Jan 13. About a month after surgery, I noticed a swollen axillary lymph node on my non-cancer, prophylactic side. The breast surgeon dismissed it as just a reactive node. The node is under 1 cm and does not feel any bigger, but it is still clearly there, palpable. Is that reasonable now that it has been more than 3 months since my surgery? Should I insist on FNB?

they can stay swollen for a while. You can ask for ultrasound or FNB to be sure. It is best to be certain and hopefully eliminate that as a stressor.
