Pathology report show Lymphvascular Invasion (LVI) present

I was diagnosed after Easter for BC and I am triple positive. My tumor was 1.4 cm and no lymph nodes affected after the lumpectomy. The pathology report did show lymph vascular invasion present and I am now worried. I will start chemo beginning of May. Just wondering, how many of you had LVI present on your pathology report and did you have a reoccurrence?
