Getting started with exercise

I'm almost 12 weeks post-op (bilateral mastectomy with immediate DIEP reconstruction). I am finally starting to feel back to normal! I still have some minor delayed healing of my abdominal incision, but I have very little pain most days (other than back pain from walking hunched over for so long).

I was told that I shouldn't do anything strenuous for the first 12 weeks. Obviously, I can't just jump back into running or yoga. And I'm not allowed to swim while I still have wound issues. So I'm stuck with not knowing how to get started! I read some of the suggested limits on this site, but I don't know if it applies to me because I only had two sentinel nodes removed.

I know I'm allowed to walk and I haven't really been walking regularly... I should probably just start with that, but I feel like I want to do more. I'm open to suggestions!
