Corrective surgery for inverted nipple?

Hi all,

This question is aimed primarily at those who have had corrective surgery due to breast changes caused by lumpectomy, radiation, or a combination of both. In other words, this isn't a question related to a mastectomy or reconstruction procedure, which I know is another whole issue entirely.

To correct an inverted nipple, what type of procedure is involved? Time frame between the treatment and the procedure? Was it covered by insurance as a reconstructive process?
