possible oopherectomy

hi everyone

Need some advice. Have pten mutation and have stage 4 bc. Im single but really want to be married with kids. Currently on zoladex to supress ovary function but my oncologist wants me to consider having them removed.

It doesnt have to be done straight away but it would mean not having to go in every month for the injection. Also i would have not much chance of having kids naturally.

Has anyone else been faced with this decision??
