Lupron Dosage to induce Menopause for Arimidex and other AIs

I'm still not in menopause but take Arimidex so I get a Lupron shot every three months. I can't find any information on the proper dosage when Lupron is used to induce menopause.

For anyone who gets Lupron shots every three months in order to put them into menopause so that they can take Arimidex or another AI, can you please tell me your dosage?

    I have just started a similar regimen with Lupron + Aromasin. I am getting 7.5mg of Lupron once a month for the first 3 months, and then I believe Iwill go to 22.5mg every 3 months.

    Thanks. I've been getting the 22.5 every 3 months but my insurance company briefly gave me a hard time stating that 11.5 every 3 months was the norm. My onc confirmed the dosage so insurance is ok but I'm happy that my dosage isn't abnormally high
