hello , I am having such a problem with blood pressure since being on letrozole and ibrance! Is there any one else out there havinging this issue?My primary Doctor is blaming it branch so my mo took me off for two weeks still no change just more bp Meds added. Could it be the letrozole? Any one help!, I am on labeletol 300 mg three times a day, losartan 25 mgone a day . Hctz. 12.5 mg a day and they just added hydralizine 10 mg 3 times a day. Ugh!, 8 pills a day for blood pressure !!!!!!!!!!!

I developed high blood pressure after finishing TAC back in 2002.

You may want a referral to cardiologist for work up. They know a lot about drugs and how they affect our bodies. Plus they are the best when it comes to blood pressure meds.

I take a full Hydrochorothyazide every day and Avapro. It took a YEAR to find this balance for my blood pressure. See a Nephrologist if you can to get it settled down. I've been on BP meds for 25 years now and occasional had to get the meds changed but once I saw the specialist it's been good. It took a long time for it to be "right" but I only take 2 pills a day for BP. The other 14 I take are for other issues...sigh.

It seemed that everytime I saw a doc I had to double my BP meds until I put my foot down and said no way. They sent me to the specialist and he worked with me month after month until I got balanced. You have to give the meds a chance to build up in your system and then when you change them, you have to get the old ones out of your system to give the new ones a chance. Frustrating for sure! Diana and barbe , I did just that and the cardiologist added the hydralizine 3 times a day. But within the next two weeks she has order stress test (myoview). Several ultra sound of ankles and legs which swell. Also echo. So I hope this 8 pills are just until proper diagnosis. Looking for claudication. I am on ibrance with letrozole and many bp drugs are prohibited with ibrance!
