Swelling after Exchange Surgery

How much swelling did you ladies have after your exchange surgery? I got my Allergan 800cc rounds put in on Wednesday. THEY ARE SO STINKING SOFT COMPARED TO THE EXPANDERS!!!!! But anyway, today was the big reveal...and so far I am pretty happy. Size seems ok, which I was worried about because I am a plus size girl and I was afraid they would look really small. BUT how much of this is actually swelling and do you think they will decrease in size significantly as the swelling improves? I know you can't really answer specifically but I wondered what you ladies experienced after your exchange. Did your foobs get smaller? And if so how long did it take for the swelling to resolve?
