Tripe palms and abnormal chest xray

hi. Has anyone been diagnosed with tripe palms? How about an abnormal chest X-ray in which the bottom of the lung looks white on the X-ray and you have shortness of breath because the lungs aren't expanding enough

Doctor wants radiologist to look at it she didn't share her thoughts really. The bottom of the lung was white, she just said everything looked scrunched up and my lung wasn't expanding properly. She mentioned infiltrates?
