Taxol/Herceptin only?

Greetings!

I'll be starting chemo soon, and have been looking around to see what to expect. I'm seeing a lot for TCH, but nothing for TH.

As far as I understand, I'll be getting weekly Taxol infusions for 12 weeks, then Herceptin every 3 weeks for a year. My oncology appointment this week should confirm that, and then I'll set up getting the port, etc.

Just wondering if TH alone is something that exists or if I misheard, and also what yo expect with this regimen.

come join us on the Triple positive thread! There are many of us who have done just taxol and herceptin. I have three herceptins left to go. It can be a great option.

Here is another thread for weekly Taxol, a number having it with Herceptin. This regimen is generally offered to Her2+ patients with stage I. Here is some info and a link to the thread. There are some on the Triple Pos thread who are also doing that regimen.
