Concerned about Circulating Tumor Cell test results

Options

I saw my oncologist last week, had blood tests done and told to follow up in 4 months, since my breast cancer is in remission the past 6 years. Last night, right before dinner, the oncology office calls - nurse tells me he doesn't want to see me in 4 months now, he wants to see me within the month. Something about concerned about test results. So I picked up a copy of the results today. Along with checking my blood calcium, which has been hovering below or just above the high mark, he also had them run a Circulating Tumor Cell count test. From what I've read, it's extremely rare to have a CTC greater than 0 if there's no malignancy present. I have a CTC of 1. I know I have to wait to talk to my oncologist for a definite answer, but I'm worried. Does this mean I now have metastatic cancer? Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
