Hi Everyone

I went through the whole gammet a couple years ago with IDC, chemo, rads and recon. Just had the nipple tatto done 6 weeks ago. I went in for my yearly mammo on the surviving breast and was told I need to get a biopsy. I don't have anymore info other then where it is located. I got the call from the BS and asked why I needed to see them. To say the least I'm a little miffed at my MO for not calling me first!

The thing is I can't feel anything, see anything, etc. No matter how I squish it around, there is nothing to be felt. I am a little nervous, but if it is anything at least this time I know it is very early. I had a PET scan and two chest CT's a year ago. I'm just wondering, at first I thought it could be LCIS, but is there other forms that you cannot feel that it could be? It is in the 10:00 position - 4cm from the nipple.

Wish I had had a double mx now.

I want to add that I spoke to the PA in my MO's office. She said there is no dicernible "mass", just a hazy spot and given my history they want to be careful. What could a hazy spot be???

My BS thought at first it was fat necrosis since I had surgery on that breast during my recon of the left side. I got the biopsy results back and it was benign, but apparently not fat necrosis. She wants to see me in September to US it again to make sure it doesn't do anything. Well, if anyone reads this and has an idea of what it could be, just leave a message.
