Here we go again!

So---5 years after tx for BC in left breast, here I am again.

This started with swelling above my clavicle and now that has increased, my right neck and face are puffed and my right arm looks like michelin man. CTs done, biopsy done, next week PET and doc appt. They did find cancer, but that is all I know right now.

Feeling --- ok and not really surprised but disappointed!

artiecat, I am sorry you find yourself here again. I am hoping that the imaging shows minimal cancer and that your doctors have a plan in place for you soon.

KBeee, THanks for your nice comment. Meet with doc on Tuesday...all I know right now is that the PET scan shows multiple abnormal areas of lymph node and bone involvement from the breast cancer. Not surprised, just disappointed.!

uugh. Stupid cancer. I hate that you have to deal with this again. Hoping your docs have a plan that will squash this cancer and keep you NED for many, many, many years.

Well, not the best but not the worst news. Extensive lymph node involvement and bone mets. Start chemo very shortly.
