When is post rad shrinkage done?

Hello all-

Subject line say it all---I had a lumpectomy and re-excision on R breast and just finished rads. I want reduction on L side to achieve symmetry but wondered about timing. When will R side be done shrinking? 6 months? A year? I meet with RO next week but am excited to be all done with treatments and want to feel really done by scheduling it all out in mind!
