TM up, liver enzymes up. Freaking out...

Liver enzymes have been fluctuating up ans down a few points now tms are up 90 points. Dr is ordering a scan this week, he didn't seem overly worried but I am. He says these numbers fluctuate. Has any wide experienced this and then got a scan. I'm freaking out!!

    No advice to give, but I wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you and hoping for clear scans. One thing I've learned is that my oncologist is usually right about these things, so hopefully yours is too. Good luck and keep us posted.

    Mine went up like that getting progressively higher for some months before I started Xeloda but they're back to normal now.  It can be a result of the drugs you're on or mets in the liver or something else entirely.  It's scary, but it's definitely not a sure sign of the end or anything like that.

    • doc says Scan is interesting. ?? Wth. Dr says he didn't think it's bad like the radiologist said. Apparently there are some spots on liver and Dr thinks maybe since creeks are dying liver us shrinking and things look different. I see him next week. Ugh
