AC + steroids + insomnia

Had my first lot of chemo yesterday, so felt pretty shattered all afternoon. I was struggling to keep my eyes open at 9pm, but still felt wide awake mentally. So I took a couple of paracetamol and one of the sleeping tablets I was prescribed and was still awake at midnight! I could barely move, and felt like I was going to drift off any minute, which I finally did. Woke up in a sweat at 2:30, still awake at 4:30. And I keep needing to get up to wee.

I'm no stranger to insomnia, but usually once I'm asleep I'm gone.

How long will this last?
