Numbness and pain after mastectomy question

I had my mastectomy in 2011 and have been completely numb in my breasts since then. My husband finds it funny and likes to sneak up and pinch them. At first I didn't mind since it did not hurt. I mean you really had to pinch hard for me to feel anything. Here recently you barely have to pinch them and wow! It hurts. It is mainly on the top that it is like this. The underneath is still a bit less sensitive. As for casual feeling, i.e. light touching or stroking, nope. I still cannot feel that. I have asked my dr, why the pain sensation is getting more sensitive and he doesn't have a clue. Any ideas here? TIA!
